Za’atar Crusted Pan-Fried Halloumi
Cut a block of Halloumi cheese into medium slices. Spread the slices on a board and generously sprinkle them with Classic Za’atar. Press the Za’atar into the cheese, flip, and repeat.
Heat a non-stick skillet very well, drizzle in some olive oil, and pan-fry the Halloumi on both sides until browned.
Serve warm with cherry tomatoes and fresh Za’atar leaves.
